All Tours from our team need to be made in advance "by appointment only"
We are broker friendly but encourage you to use your best practices with Covid-19 safety
Building Tours at Wallingford 45 will be limited to a maximum of two attendees
Hand sanitizer will be present on-site with hand washing stations in the sales office
Please refrain from shaking hands when greeting others
Avoid touching your face and/or any non-essential areas of the building
Disinfectant cleaning is occurring on a weekly basis
We will continue to monitor the safety of our site for current residents and future homeowners
